How do I register online?
  You may register online from Binary Magic web site using the order button. The most common way of purchasing a license online is by credit card. Shareit.com in which handles the billings, offer many ways of paying for the license, not only by credit card.

What happens after registration - time scale?
  The developer will be notified by binarymagics . com about the purchase. The Binary Magic will then send an email to the customer in which contain download information and license ID's. You should receive this email and password after a couple of hours (and not more than 24 hours). Download your requested software by clicking at the received download link. Installation is simple and fast.

What to do if I found bug?
  You can report it to support@binarymagics.com a good and complete bug report can speed up the process of having a bug fixed. A bad bug report might be closed without being deal.

When will be the next version will be released?
  Although we have internal roadmaps for releases of new versions of Binary Magic software, these will not be made public.We cannot answer questions about release dates, and the best answer we can give is that the next version will be released when it is ready for release.

What should I do if my registration code does not work?
  If you are experiencing some problems with the registration code first of all, make sure you have purchased a registration code that is valid for the version you want to use.The registration code is only valid for a single platform and it can only be used to register the platform you bought. In this case please contact support@binarymagics.com to get the new code of working.

I have not received my code ?
  You sent in your order and everything seemed to go through smoothly but you have still not received your registration code? Then please contact us at sales@binarymagics.com and make sure to provide information about your order. It is important to give us the name and e-mail address which were used in the order, the date of the purchase and payment method used (name of the credit card type, not the credit card number ). This way our Customer Service Consultants can easily research the problem.One common reason for problems is that the customer makes a typographical error in the e-mail address and therefore the e-mail containing the registration code cannot be delivered. Another possible explanation is that the registration letter has been filtered away as a spam, either by your e-mail service provider or by the e-mail client. Please check your spam folder to see if you find the registration letter there.

What problems might I experience after I upgrade or re-install the Binary Magic Software?
  In upgrading case your previous software will be overwriting (we highly recommend you first uninstall the previous version of software), please use the registration code we sent you in the registration e-mail, and register your new version of Binary Magic Product again. Can I buy Binary Magic Product without a credit card?

What is the difference between the free version and registered version of Binary Magic Product?
  This means that you can use it without paying with some limitations. Limitations can be turned off any time after registration. After registration you can use the software according to the license agreements.

  No. Currently there is not a license specific to government, educational or non-profit organizations. These organizations are covered under the same license as commercial applications.

  The minimum trial period for a Try / Buy application is 15 days. The maximum period is 30 days.
